Completely renovated in 2016, this gîte is set in an exceptional natural environment near the Château d'Alleuze, the Garabit Viaduct, and Saint-Flour. The Saint-Flour hiking trail also passes nearby. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a lounge with a flat-screen TV, and panoramic views of the Margeride. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, another with a 140 cm electric bed, and a lounge/library/office with a BZ sofa bed (120 cm), which serves as a passage to the other floors. A bathroom with balneotherapy shower and toilet is also available. On the top floor, the dormitory room has four 90 cm beds, a sitting area with a BZ sofa bed (120 cm), electric skylights, and a flat-screen TV. This floor also has a bathroom and separate toilet. The gîte features a private garden and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Baby equipment is available on request at no extra charge. Towels and bed linen are available as an option for an extra fee. Rental is possible for 4 to 6 guests; conditions can be discussed with the owner via the booking platform.
